We know who has sold but who has been BUYING CHEAP down here?
Still no sub holders 5% notice for 28.0% of all SOI

In June the VWAP for 250M was 4.3c
In July the VWAP for 210M was 3.5c
Then the CR of 300M at 2.0c
In August the VWAP of 154M for 2.15
In Sept the VWAP for 110M has been ~1.95c mostly due to that large dump on 1.9 of 40M on 14 Sept

WHO are ALL these BUYERS who keep on BUYING down low here?

PH said he was watching the daily share transfers and names & it was SMART MONEY & HIGH NETS BUYING.. PH said it was a SCREAMING BUY at 4.4c now its 1.9c.
