The new CEO has performance rights built into the contract and probably sufficiently exposed without using own money. Director dealings not there for a while so either they are happy to hold and wait for potential to crystalise or believe that their own exposure is sufficient without getting too deep. Director dealings can be seen a few different ways - if the buys on market are not sufficiently large then might be seen as token. I would prefer if Directors buy after announcements of substance rather than on potential especially when the company has been around for a little bit. Agree that confidence in this one is not obvious. IMO.
