Not really. If they dump 2 million stock for example and load up the sell side to start a paniced sell down but sit there at the bottom and buy back "their" shares for less plus a few extra mill they are buyers. Happens all the time. Usually when they have stacked the sell side so much like now and no one is selling. Has happened before on CNP. Cappers are very creative look at yesterday.
