please check the development of the PDN sp over the last few years and compare the business of DYL and its goals...then re-consider.........OK, it may take DYL a while to really rise to a buck or two or more, how long did PDN take to achieve that and it went to 10.50 or so and they had to develop mines etc, DYL only has to deliver to the mines....of PDN.....please, i am not a prophet or advisor, i use common sense.
