i cannot foresee any t/o atm. whatever the substantial shareholders hold, IMHO, they all are building with PDN and its subsidiaries a big U empire, where supply is fully secured in namibia, australia etc. only on completion would i suggest a t/o of the entire "empire" may take place. you need to look at DYL being part of PDN.........even only at 15% or so.....the over all picture counts......have a successful day
