well local sure but overseas no they dont,and this represents
a grave problem for the world at large,and the major financial markets are looking at a means of combating it.
to be fair the asx have placed new watches in place
i guess its modern day piracy ,electronic markets and no barriers to international trade, it all happens in milliseconds
