I'm not sure why you are so quick to relate the falling SP to sellers dissatisfaction with TZ. As has been said today already, there are many reasons for selling- only one for buying generally (to make money).

Those who bought at 4-5, surely TZ is a more attractive proposition at 3.80 than then- especially given we have yet one more example of TZ successfully commercialising their technology.

TZ are cashed up for at least the next year- so the SP is irrelevant in the next few months. Why you'd continue to hold when you're not happy with an investment is beyond me- I'm confident that TZ are successfully moving forward, and theres been numerous examples of this in the last 6 months. If I had any doubt, I'd sell and move on. (whether my confidence in TZ is misplaced is another issue entirely!)
