Yogi has presented a strong case as to why the s.p should fall, but thats using logic. Since when do traders and investors use logic to this degree when backing a stock? Just look at the money "we " paid for dot.com trash some years ago.
I think the point is that oil and gas are the flavour of the month (or year) and any drilling creates interest. Investors follow the money/volume.
What will happen on Tuesday? No one knows.
