Just a matter of time,
It's just nice to see that other investors have come to the same conclusion after doing their homework.
I know a lot of people trade these but until/if I see value deteriorate I'll hold.
Prefer this to climb slow and steady to gain market confidence.
Another one to watch is CMW.
DYOR see if you come to the same conclusion.
Right or wrong I view the low geared Reits as an asset class.
Apart from HFA reits are my only financial holdings.
