Yes, all stocks like this suffer from manipulation to some degree and I'm sure that PEN does as well.
What I have noticed is that PEN's announcements have slowed and at the same time overall market sentiment turned bearish (late Oct. early Nov.). IMO both these influences have impacted on the rate of appreciation of the share price.
August= 3 positive announcements Share price +.4 cents
Sept= 5 positive announcements Share price +1.84 cents
October= 2 positive announcements Share price -1 cent
November= 0 positive announcements Share price -.3 cent
Of course there are many share price drivers and the above are only two of them. I have no doubt that once the positive announcements start flowing again, it will be onwards and upwards as far as the share price goes.....
