Hangseng Imo without doubt is the most knowledgeable on Pen on this thread, I just fall into a large list of many on here that have been in Pen for quite some time, and have got quite familiar with the company due to doing as much research on it as possible to support the L/T hold decision.

As I have a long term view on Pen, I wouldn't even try and guess what would move the price short term. I'm still struggling to work out why its still at these prices, let alone softing. Sorry, maybe someone else with a short term strategy would be better to answer that question.

But I could imagine snow plays a part in things over there at this time of the year, which could explain Pens progress atm. Imo, anything to do with permitting moving forward will certainly excite me though, whether it excites the market I don't know. Certainly a positive outcome from the China visit you would think would get the shareprice moving.

Anyway, no doubt, someone will be able to answer your question.
