Anyone wonder why BOD is not actively promoting the share with the rights issue coming? They are not stupid or lazy, so maybe they believe it is not in their interest for the stock to get diluted more than needed? I believe takeover is the plan (IMHO) if that is the case, they get there fill (directors shares), then get their fill on their fill, ie rights (offering that to all shareholders).
They then can turn around if they do sell MNC saying "well we did offering to you too".
