This is not advice just what I would do....
Ask yourself....
If you believe in the stock and have done enough research to believe you are on a winner.....then either slowly accumulate or pick a price you are happy with....and put in an order eg 18c and wait or 19c and pick up now...(a single order only attracts one brokerage fee)

Will 1c make a difference in 1 year?
Again this is your call....just suggesting what I might do - I am sure there are other methods...that some of the more experienced guys might volenteer.....
