Most of the speculation about the share price falling seems to be not taking into account the continued bad press that Reits in general are getting and the fact that the market is IMHO realising that their must be some doubt as to whether GMG will get its funding given that the crucial date is getting very close
No company would leave it this late by choice so it follows imo that it is not cut and dried.There may be some short selling going on but finance and debt are the key fear issues together with falling valuations
We need the Rudd bank urgently to get some sanity back into AREITS funding and bring some stability to property values
