Sounds like my best case scenario of getting a bite of KK is over. Swala looks toast everywhere.

Emails are now down too. Be shocked if Swala Tanzania had more than 700k US on hand for the next 6 months and Otto are circling. Any delay means there's no way ST will last to see the drill.

And as far as being clean with no outstanding creditors, the legal action and dispute notices means Swala's major creditor is now Otto.

Anyway I'm sure someone will soon be in to reassure us that this is just a flesh would and he who must not be named is still working hard for us and we should be grateful.
