Do you know who the officers of Komo Trading are?

I'm curious because after circa A$1m of fees, all powers now reside with Komo Trading including appointment of directors to X64 Ltd. My sense is that some sort of deal with RV and Komo has been done or is being crafted which might eventually exclude and benefits to X64.

Other than that:
1. KDTL is excluded from definition of subsidiaries in the proposed DOCA ... maybe deliberately;
2. The tolling agreement between MMPRC and PMC is up for debate (which oddly must be acceptable to KDTL ???);
3. Documentation is inexplicably silent of inter-company balance between MMPRC and PMC ... circa US$270m;
4. Hunting McGlinn through the courts looks like a focal point;
5. Looking ahead will be interesting how they account for and statutorily report all this...
