John Lamb has intentionally declined to answer SH queries with staff overtly hostile to any criticism. Given this mine has effectively been run into the ground by JL through his decision / deal making with Hartree - everyone of you should be VOTING NO to the latest proposal. Let it be clear, John Lamb wants to keep his job (and those of his mates) at the expense of you the SH.
