The largest holder of the Secured Amortising Notes is DGR Global Limited, according to them. Not sure what percentage they have. Bizzell Capital Partners Pty Ltd has a small holding based upon latest shareholder notice. These parties have indicated they will exchange their holdings for the new Convertible Notes. DGR Global Limited will also be exchanging its MOG Notes and other debts owed for Convertible Notes.
