That is a very good piece of information. I also spoke to Bohan, but specifically asked what happens post the creditors vote should it be carried, and he indicated that the intention is to restructure and recapitalise the company.
The shareholder committee has given creditors a choice of getting next to zero or all up around $1mln (need to work out exact figure) give or take ($500k to Realtek and the rest to everyone else).
Bohan also stated allot more information will be coming post the credtors meeting.
Negoitations are ongoing, I guess we all wait.
