McGrathNicol Restructuring today announces that Rob Kirman and Rob Brauer were appointed voluntary administrators (Administrators) of Tiger Resources Limited ACN 077 110 304 by a resolution of directors.
The Administrators’ appointment relates only to the unlisted public company, Tiger Resources Limited, and does not extend to any of its subsidiaries or their operations, such as Société d’Exploitation de Kipoi SA or the Kipoi Copper Project.
Tiger’s management and directors remain committed to working with the Administrators, who are undertaking an urgent assessment of the company’s position and options for the sale and/or recapitalisation of the business, including its interest in the Kipoi Copper Project.
First statutory meeting of creditors
A first statutory meeting of creditors must be held within eight business days after the administration begins and is expected to take place on 17 November 2020. Meeting notices setting out the time and location for the first meeting of creditors will be distributed to Tiger’s creditors over coming days.
