Can someone clarify this for me:
The letter says the shares are being transferred for no consideration, it does not say that they are being bought.
Doesn't this mean our shares are simply being transferred to this Yinkou trade company?
If anything, doesn't this mean our shares still survive with new owners at the helm? In other words, there is simply no buy out offer of the shares, but a transfer of the shares.
