Information regarding the application made by the Deed Administrators pursuant to section 444GA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) to transfer shares in Tiger Resources Limited (Subject to Deed of Company Arrangement) for no value is set out in the Explanatory Statement available on the Deed Administrators’ website (https://www.mcgrathnicol.com/creditors/tiger-resources-limited/). Updates regarding the application will also be posted to this address as and when available.
