Once again Haoma's announcements provide a behind-the-scenes snapshot of events...
https://haoma.com.au/latest-announcements/
Bit hard no know what to make of it but it's definitely interesting reading. Basically, KordaMentha are refusing to pay Haoma for their share of Blue bar saying they're an unsecured creditor.
I did get the impression that Calidus and Haoma were partners of convenience and frenemies at best, who wouldn't hesitate to stab one another in the back if it was in their interests. Even have my suspicions that at least one of the well-informed negative posters here was Haoma aligned, but that's pure speculation on my part.
Haoma's assets are totally useless to them without the Warawoona plant and new owner could be playing hardball to force a cheap sale or bigger slice of the profits generated by processing them. 50/50 profit share was ridiculous anyway considering that CAI had built the plant and all Haoma did was put some stakes in the ground.
