Guruone.. It might serve your purposes better i.e. to make money, if you bothered to do your own research... It would help you to appreciate just what might be happening rather than become impatient and ignorant. Certainly the Chinese New Year period last till Feb 26th so major decision makers might just be out of the office.. but of course the subtlety of that occurring doesn't mean anything to you, does it. .
