The pressure tests, referred to by Ya do appear to have been 'delayed' ie we should have them by now, and not getting them is a concern.
It is possible that while halted JH is merely tying up loose ends before announcing everything together.... with 'flow tests' to come a few days after that.
I would think that 'oil province' trumps such concerns though.
