You are quite correct the suspension is anticipated it is up to the ASX. If the ASX looks at the makeup of the Company with Hanlong having majority control. In my opinion they should give some thought to minority shareholders, they may give them an extension if the board can demonstrate a willingness to make an acquisition to fulfill the requirements or windup the company. If the company goes into suspension what protection do we have, does the company still have to issue financial reports ect
