I agree that we have less protection if the company goes into suspension but looking throught the rules and the guidelines, I cant see any reference to where it says the company should go into suspension.

There are lots of companies on ASX that are exploratory by nature and not operational.

Even applying common sense - there is no basis.

I can only assume that it is a deliberate ploy by the majority shareholder to get access to the cash for less cost.
