If the banks had forced Administration it would be all over we would already have lost the lot!

They do have enough interest from potential customer due to the Mandatory use of Bio-diesel 3-5% in all fuels across Europe and Asia. This is why Ferrier Hodgson are looking at it and are aiming for a "Deed of Company" which will allow the company to keep trading.

The bad news is, I spoke to Ferrier Hodgson the other day and the fellow I spoke to said he dosen't think we will know the outcome by the end of this month it may take 3 to 4 months unfortunately ie to determine whether they will be successful with a Deed of Company or whether they Liquidate the company!

Is anyone up for a class action if this company is on the brink of liquidation as I think they have been both misleading and deceptive.
