You are correct - the writing was on the wall when Darwin Plant went into Administration but because I put $400,000 into the stock I kept holding on in the hope I would get my money back. Greed was my motivation because the stock had so much potential and I felt I could make my millions out of the stock.
Well no one at NFL is contactable so yes if NFL does not come out of this I am in with the class action. Just to many misleading announcements over the last 12 months. Risjadson Group ended up being a false hope also. I have many of my own concerns which I will bring out in any class action case. What I cannot understand is that CPO was at very low prices but yet they failed to go into full BD production. Its like they deliberately did it - maybe they wanted this to happen (or knew it was going to happen) so they could re-structure the business. To many questions and no answers.
