Vonex Limited (Company) provides the following update to Shareholders.
CHESS Sponsored Holdings
Following the Company’s removal from ASX on 12 April 2016, all shareholdings that were previously maintained on the CHESS subregister maintained by ASX, have been automatically transferred to the Issuer Sponsored subregister maintained by the Company through its share registry Computershare Investor Services.
For each Issuer Sponsored holding, shareholders have been allocated a unique Security Holder Reference Number (SRN) by the Company. Vonex intends to dispatch new holding statements to all new Issuer Sponsored shareholders in due course.
$2.5 million Convertible Loan Note
Vonex is pleased to advise that it has started to receive funds from the $2.5 million Convertible Loan Note facility.

The Company will utilise the Convertible Loan Note funds to first refund the outstanding application monies under the prospectus dated 4 December 2015 (Prospectus) and to provide the company with working capital so they may proceed with the Oper8tor project and listing process. The Company has commenced this process.
