Sorry peoples, I hit the post message by mistake before finishing the Analogy below

The Vonex management are not going to give information about the company to non share holders. Let me put it in perspective another way.
Example:
B.G.C. is one of the largest Private companies in Australia worth I believe over 2.5 billion dollars. Only share holders of this company know the direction of their company which are family members only.
How would a non share holder find out what BGC is up to going forward.

Vonex is a private company also which will advise and give information ONLY to its share holders, not to any NON HOLDERS as mentioned by above posters ( 5 of them )
