The Vonex management are not going to give information about the company to non share holders. Let me put it in perspective another way.
Example:
B.G.C. is one of the largest Private companies in Australia worth I believe over 2.5 billion dollars. Only share holders of this company know the direction of their company which are family members only.
How would a non share holder find out what BGC is up to going forward.

Vonex is a private company also which will advise and give information ONLY to its share holders, not to any NON HOLDERS as mentioned by above posters ( 5 of them )

They are not a private company, from their own letter:

with effect from 12 April 2016. Accordingly the Company is currently a public unlisted company (emphasis mine)

And given they are planning an IPO, (initial public offering) they will be disclosing things anyhow... thats basically the whole point of the process.
