VONEX LIMITED (ACN 063 074 635) 18 December 2017 RESULTS OF CONVERTBLE NOTEHOLDER MEETING AND CAPITAL RAISING Convertible Noteholder Meeting Vonex Limited advises that a meeting of Convertible Noteholders was held at 11am WST on Friday 15 December. The sole resolution, being the extension of the term of the Convertible Notes to 30 April 2018, was passed with 100% of votes cast (representing $1,699,000 in notes) by Noteholders voting in favour of the resolution. Capital Raising In conjunction with the Company’s Lead Manager, State One Stockbroking Ltd, the Company has successfully raised in excess of $700,000 by way of issuing new convertible notes (in the same class as the Company’s existing notes). The proceeds of the capital raising will be used for partial debt repayment, ramping up channel partner activities ahead of the Company’s planned ASX IPO in Q1 2018, and for general working capital purposes. The Company is progressing with its plans to list on the ASX in early 2018 in relation to which the Company will be sending a Notice of Meeting to all shareholders in the coming weeks. ENDS.
