This is an extract from the meeting notice notes emailed to shareholders today.
“That pursuant to section 254H of the Corporations Act and for all other purposes, the issued capital of the Company be consolidated on the basis that one (1) Ordinary Share be consolidated into two (2) Ordinary Shares and, where this Consolidation results in a fraction of a Share being held, the Company be authorised to round that fraction down to the nearest whole Share or zero, as applicable.”
Call me crazy, however converting one ordinary share into two ordinary shares is not a Consolidation.
Isn't a consolidation converting two ordinary shares into one ordinary share?
