THD is another tortured backdoor listing that FINALLY got past its hurdles with a listing. The sky is very large indeed and what the PRA/THD listing can indicate for VNX is that there is still some interest in tech and that it can rise at listing. I don't think THD presently makes bucks while Vonex (the telco) does, so the base from which it builds is stronger.
