I think the split is 80/20 between Bad management and inefficiency.
That being said the dead wood is being cut away bit by bit. Glad to have the new captain at the helm!
Having so much experience with the ASX should stand us and the company in good stead come the IPO.
now just fervently hoping that investors set a fair value of the company come day 1 of trading.
