The problem here is the core buisness is a sound operation with substantial value , call it two buisness , the second app development which is continuing and requires substantial cash is a drain .

Management seems to be unwilling to adjust ( trying to be not censored here ) its buisness plan to reflect the realities of minimal cash and substantial debt repayments due shortly ( refer public documents please admin ) .

If the cash used in developing its unified messaging platform were redirected to the core , rather than removed from it perhaps inroads could be made in paying noteholders and converting the debt and growing the core profitable business ? ( without shareholder dilution )

Maybe spin the unifified messaging into a seperate business ? ( operator ) distribute shares in specie then it has to raise its own funding ( and lets agree if its a game changing product it should get funding ) ?
