Now, there's no doubt that the entire sector has been running hot for the past few months, and we were certainly due for a correction, but does that mean we are in a downtrend now as you mentioned? No, I don't think so, especially considering the recent sell-off (if you will) has been on relatively low volume.

Even if we are in a slight downtrend at the moment while we find a base to pivot off, it'd be nonsensical to sell. That's akin to selling a good quality house undervalued just because the area you live in has seen a slight contraction in growth. Foolish.

My 2c worth anyway.

As nonsensical to sell as in Jan 18 or Nov 19? It’s not just the other houses in the area that are worth flogging now. Trouble is, when you invest a lot of time in your place you generally think it’s worth more than the market does. History of this stock is against you but I wish you luck.
