There is only going to be more work as time passes. The issue will be TALENT, both finding and keeping it.
A great working environment, where people are encouraged to use their skills to create ever evolving IP - is always a plus (and rewarding that appropriately). A strong team spirit already seems to exist (from the little I can gather from social media), so they must be doing something right.
If they do, do it right they will grow organically and through acquisition. If they get it wrong they will be acquired and cannibalized. Infact it is necessary to grow rapidly in order to avoid this fate no matter what (imo).
We are nolonger on thin ice with these businesses, they are free to roam the cyber ice and feed and get fat like cyber polar bears (with abundant prey and a heathy ecosystem). Shame about the real world!
