I have been crunching some numbers from the last few quarterlies and I couldn't find the initial $3M acquisition costs for CloudTen that should be shown in the March quarter? Does anyone have better knowledge that could comment?

The last quarterly used a different format, I am assuming that administration costs are now listed under Supplier Payments?

The numbers in yellow areas are estimate only. It is pretty clear that VOR needed the $2m of share proceeds to maintain a positive cash balance. Once the fourth tranche payment of $1.1M is completed then the company will be in a strong position, I don't see any near-term acquisitions that can be funded from current cashflow though
