Yet somehow C 10 have no issues getting their message out and staying inside the rules.

Not putting this information out when it is already in the public space is counter productive imv.

It would be much better for VOR to get ahead of game and control the message.
Not doing so allows others to control your corporate image and make you seem to not be in charge.
