Vote 1 Bag of Spuds

The last AGM was held in November so its not unreasonable to expect that this years AGM will be held in November. So its time to turn our attention to voting. Now my rule of thumb in deciding to vote for or against anyone is to compare their performance against the performance of some entity who would do absolutely nothing, in this case a bag of spuds. ie would a bag of spuds do a better job than Trump or Morrison you get the idea.
Now we must decide if a bag of spuds would have done a better job than the current board. We can go through this one issue at a time and award points.
OK Sale of Weednana. Board says sell, bag of spuds says hold. We should have kept Weednana. So that Spuds 1 BOD 0
OK Sale of Jumbuck. Board says sell for $1 million. Spuds say hold. Again correct decision hold. Thats Spuds 2 BOD 0
Commence mining at Eureka. Board says no and spuds say no. Correct decision is yes mine at Eureka so score unchanged.
Going back a little earlier with the Goodsprings Cobalt acquisition just before Cobalt prices tanked well correct decision was not to buy so spuds 3 BOD 0
Final score to see who could run the company better the current board or a bag of spuds its no contest Bag of Spuds wins.
Just a side note tomorrows a week gone since we were offered $2.6 million for Jumbuck and the BOD has said nothing, maybe Bag of Spuds is already in charge.
