I don't think that Mike Scott will favor a buyback when there are numerous opportunities to pick up a microcap for 5-10 million.
If they do nothing however I'm sure they'll be prey to a takeover.
Given that the average takeover offer for companies is in the range of a 35-45% premium, an opportunistic and hostile full cash offer could well succeed at 36-38 cents.
