Liquidity for the odd million aint so for 22 million. Like you, I am not sure what sort of offer TPA are going to come through with. Perhaps they may just end up acting as a major investor/white knight. To date they have shown good (albeit low ball) faith and put substantial cold hard cash cash down.
As for COE perhaps you have the answer to a question I have on Hammamet. What is COE's expense through drilling the first well and completing the farm in?
