I hold management responsible for the current low SP of ARD; they are, at best, low achievers and seem to talk about what to do without actually doing it. They do not communicate with shareholders. Where, for example, are the results of the promised PFS. As a gesture of no confidence I will vote against alll their resolutions and urge others to do the same.
