Well if you read my comment then it is very clear that first paragraph was general statement and not necessary for URW. However second para is for URW and as I said the Board and CEO all needs to be sacked from URW.
I believe selling real-estate in today's market will certainly be not prudent decision so capital raise is good idea as long as it is warranted (i haven't read their books yet).
My understanding that the stock price for URW went down well before they announced capital raise, certainly the announcement didn't help either and for that board & ceo should be removed. their RESET plan more looks like BS then anything concrete and market is responding to it.
Many investor including myself probably running in negative portfolio with this stock and it may remain same until COVID subside but my sentiment is hold and retain... it is not sell stock yet !
