Remember Monday deadline for CDI holders. Get to it. Institutional holders getting on board to at least approve the new board members which may be the more important vote as they can look to delay or adjust the capital raise which is the main point. Raising now while the shorters are in is not smart. One of the bigger shorters just started buying back too but they are still holding 5pc short. Not looking good for them shorting a rising stock in a falling market as a hedge. I may double down before they really start to panic.
