    Vote against capital raising. Don't let these fools make your shares completely worthless. Don't throw good money after bad.

    If this capital raising gets voted down, the board will have to come up with something that is fair to existing holders. I don't know, maybe a 1 for 1 raising at 0.15 cents would be a reasonable discount. Don't let them make your shares worthless!
