Would you seriously risk allowing Neptune to go into administration by voting NO. At the end of the day they havent been winning contracts of a substantial amount, profit is negative and they have lost institutional support. What do you seriosly think will happen if you vote no, that they will come up with another way out of this mess. Dont think so. I am still angry but I am looking at this realistically and I would prefer to have 30% of my investment (based on current share price) than 0% because thats what you are risking if you vote No. I have already voted Yes because I am being realistic about the current situation. I am also looking forward to the prospectus to find out what the structure of the business will look like in the future. My only concern is when do we find out what they are keeping and what they are selling. At this stage they dont seem to be selling anything.
