I'm voting yes with my measly 100,000 shares
However, My gut feeling (based on nothing) is that they will struggle to raise more than around $30-$40mill so they'll need a big shareholder to come on board. (the fact it's not underwritten is my biggest concern).
I think the real question that needs to be asked here is 'how many people will take up the CR and then sell as soon as trading resumes?'
